Corrective Exercises for Life Training

MMA Training
Since the end of my college athletic career I have been in limbo a bit, not 100% sure of the exact purpose to why I am training so hard. However, in the recent months, MMA has started to grasp my attention and the thought of training for such an event has crossed my mind more than once.
