(hallux valgus) are a major cause for concern for people who care about
how their feet look. They are also a telling sign that something may
be awry for people who care about how their feet function.
This past weekend in RTS™
class we spent a lot of time practicing cuing, in particular for the
trunk and spine, seeing as the trunk and spine were our areas of focus
for the weekend. For me, this was a lot more difficult than I thought
it would be.
