Relative Strength

For athletes, one of the most important athletic traits that can be developed is relative strength, i.e. how much weight you can move for a specific exercise relative to your body weight. But, for some people, their relative strength is so low for some movements that being able to control and move their body without any external resistance is a challenge in itself. Check out this article by Keir Wenham-Flatt for information on how to increase your relative strength when you have difficulty moving and controlling your body.
