This Past Week (11/28-12/4)

This past week was my second week of 2-a-day lifts, lifting legs and chest on Monday and Thursday and back and arms on Tuesday and Friday. On Wednesday I did recovery cardio, ala "The Parasympathetic Secret". By the end of the week, though, I was fried. My muscles felt fine, but man my nervous system was shot. My lifts on Friday ended up being deload lifts, and Saturday I was back on the treadmill for more recovery cardio. As much fun as it has been lifting twice a day for the pat two weeks, I am looking forward to slowing down with a deload week this upcoming week.

I published a new article on my website called "Evolve Your Warm-Up, Part 2". It is the second part of the Evolve Your Warm-Up series (obviously). This article tells you how to design a proper warm-up for your training sessions.

Aside from that, I put in a lot of hours at the gym. November was a huge month for my business, and with the holidays coming up and people leaving to go out of town, I am hoping I can maintain that level during December and then pick up where I left off in January with the huge New Year's fitness boom.
